Chelsea Bun – A classic, handcrafted sweet bun made with a rich, buttery dough. Made using French white wheat flour for a light texture, enriched with milk, and naturally leavened with yeast. Sweet sultanas add a juicy burst of flavor, complemented by a touch of caster sugar for caramelized perfection. A hint of rye flour enhances depth, while real butter ensures a soft, indulgent bite.
Each Chelsea bun is individually wrapped and delivered fresh on the morning of delivery from the Natural Bread Company, who supply all our bread.
