Winter Salad

Our mixed salad leaves continue to do well in the winter months, growing under the shelter of our poly tunnels. Enhanced with mustard leaf and herbs, a delicious addition to your meal.

Spinach

Spinach beet has tender, glossy leaves with a mild, earthy flavour. Versatile and quick to cook, it works like spinach but holds its texture well, making it ideal for wilting, sautés, soups and pies.

Stir Fry Greens

Mustard and oriental greens leaf are bold and spicy with a sharp, peppery heat. Tender leaves add punch to salads when young, and mellow beautifully when cooked, bringing warmth and depth to stir-fries, soups and braises.

Watercress

Grown in our polytunnel, watercress is a fresh, peppery green with crisp stems and dark leaves. Lively and aromatic, it adds a clean, mustard-like bite to salads, soups and sandwiches, and is delicious lightly wilted or blended into sauces.

Job Vacancy

We have a vacancy for a Farm Shop & Packing Shed Team Member. 23-28 hours per week:
Wednesday 8am - 5pm (veg box packing day & shop preparation)
Thursdays 8am - 5pm (farm shop)
Fridays 9am - 5pm (farm shop)
Saturday 9am - 3pm (farm shop, alternate Saturdays)
