About our Sandy Lane Farm Breakfast Meat Box

2 x Back Bacon, 8-12 rashers, lightly smoked (nitrates/preservatives), 1 x Fruit Pig Black Pudding (GLUTEN FREE). 1 x Fruit Pig Black Pudding (STANDARD). Bacon made with Sandy Lane Farm pork & cured by Buckmoorend Farm. FROZEN. Organically reared, not organically butchered.

A selection of free range, 100% outdoor reared bacon from our pigs here at Sandy Lane Farm.

The meat will be delivered to you freshly frozen in an insulated box. You don't need to be home for delivery, you meat will stay frozen for at least 12 hours and you just need to pop it into your freezer as soon as you get home.

Our pigs are 100% outdoor reared - born in the farmyard next to our farmshop and then moved to our fields at around 8 weeks old in their family group. Less than 3% of farmed pork in the UK comes from animals who spend their whole lives outside - but we choose to keep ALL our pigs in the fresh air with space to roam and root around in the soil. A mix of Gloucester Old Spot, Oxford Sandy and Black and Tamworth, our pigs are an important part of our farm and we enjoy having them.

Please note: Like our veg boxes, please leave the packaging out for us ahead of your next delivery as we can reuse or recycle both the box and the liner. As always, weights are estimates and may vary slightly.

Delicious gluten-free, fresh blood black pudding from FRUIT PIG. Possibly the only fresh blood gluten free black pudding available on the web. Made using certified gluten-free oats, it's rich and flavoursome. Slice and fry, mould and stuff, the possibilities are endless.
To cook: Remove outer skins from slices, quickly grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.
