About our Large Mixed Lamb Box

Whole Leg of lamb (est. 2kg), Whole shoulder of lamb (1.7-2kg), Lamb mince x 2 packs ( est. 400g), Diced lamb x 2 packs (est. 400g), Lamb chops x 2 packs (3-4 per pack). FROZEN. 100% pasture fed, organically reared lamb. (Not butchered organically so cannot be registered as organic).

Our flock of sheep spend their whole lives grazing our organic pasture land, full of nutritious herbs and wild grasses. They only come in once a year for lambing and play an important role in our land management here at the farm. They are regularly moved from field to field and the quality of their natural diet is reflected in the taste of the meat.

Like our veg boxes, please leave the packaging out for us ahead of your next delivery as we can reuse or recycle both the box and the liner.

Box contents may change week to week and box numbers will be limited. As always, weights are estimates and may vary slightly, occasionally we may have to make a last minute item changes.
