ROBUST AND AROMATIC FREE RANGE PORK SALAMI 2 Star Great Taste Award winner A wonderfully versatile pork salami with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection or try as a topping for sourdough pizza. Ingredients: Pork (86%), red wine, pork fat, salt, fennel seeds (1%), garlic, white pepper (<1%), dextrose, herbs, spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).
