George's favourite squash, organic Marina di Chioggia from Sandy Lane Farm. Notes: Chestnut flavour, beautiful roasted in 1 cm slices (like a slice of bread), drizzled with olive oil & sprinkle of salt. Harder to cut than most. Leave peel on for roasting - eat the peel or discard it.
