ACCESS IS WIDER FROM THE MILTON COMMON END OF SANDY LANE.

By Car

From Oxford, head towards Thame/Aylesbury and turn right by Chilworth House School, towards Milton Common. Half way through Milton Common turn left down Sandy Lane. The lane is wider from this end of Sandy Lane.

From Thame: head towards Oxford and turn left up Sandy Lane, half way through Tiddington. The lane is single track from this end of Sandy Lane. Wider access from the Milton Common end - carry on through Tiddington and take the first left towards M40 Junction 7/The Belfry Hotel/Milton Common.

From London, get off at junction 7 of the M40, turn right over the motorway, then immediately left at Lassco’s/Three Pigeons, Sandy Lane is a short distance down the old A40 (there is a road sign for Sandy Lane Farm).

By Bike from Oxford

You can go down the A40 cycle path (which is flatter), or for a less noisy route, trying going over Shotover hill up from Headington quarry – when you are puffed out at the top, there’s a lovely long down hill stretch all the way through Wheatley.
Be warned that the last stretch, along the A418 from Wheatley to Tiddington, is a main road.

A slightly longer, more safer/scenic route is to take the Waterperry Rd from Wheatley, then there is a cycle path past Waterperry Gardens to Waterstock, then Tiddington.

By Public Transport

There are 2 buses that land you 1/2 mile from the farm.
The X20 or 400 are most frequent from/to Oxford & Aylesbury/Thame – you need the stop: Tiddington, The Fox.
At the bus stop, walk up Sandy Lane (opposite the Garage) 1/2 a mile.

The 275 from/to Oxford & High Wycombe only has 4 buses a day, but it might be useful. You need the Milton Common stop, then walk down Sandy Lane 1/2 a mile: Timetable
