Shopping online for home deliveries
Shopping online is easy. Follow these steps to get going.

See if we deliver to your area and register
We deliver on Thursdays and Fridays. Your delivery day is based on your postcode and will be shown on your online basket.
Once you're registered, you'll need to set up a payment card - if this needs doing, there will be a link at the top of your online basket. Details are securely stored by Stripe and never by us.

Choose your organic veg box from our seasonal range
You need to put a veg box in your basket or reach the minimum spend for your order to be processed - we publish a range of veg box sizes and types, so select items that meet your needs.
Veg box contents go live each Saturday, the sooner you shop the more items will be available to swap into your veg box, as some will be limited stock.

Add extras and customise your veg box
Shop from our range of extras from veg, eggs, bread, eco-refills and more.
If there are items that you'd rather not have in your box, make the swaps you'd like. Higher value items will be made clear, if you choose one the price of your veg box will be adjusted up.

We prepare and deliver your order
Our team will then carefully prepare your order the day before delivery into our returnable veg boxes ensuring peak freshness and flavour.
Your order is delivered the same day each week.
You will also get an email confirmation that we've dropped off your box.
No need to be in just leave us delivery instructions on your account letting us know where to leave your order.
A note on timings
To help you plan, these are the key points in the week
Saturday - veg box contents published
Contents of the veg boxes will be available.
If you have any dislikes, the system will automatically swap it for something else available
Note that the system cannot make swaps in the value box, or more than 2 swaps in the other boxes
Swaps that you want to make yourself can be done when the contents are published
You must be logged in to see the contents and make swaps
Monday Mailer
We send out our weekly mailer on Mondays, with news of the veg boxes, farm shop and general news
You can subscribe to our mailer from our homepage and unsubscribe from the mailer itself
if you no longer get the mailer but wish to in future, contact us
Order Deadline Reminder
An automatic email will be sent reminding you of your basket contents so that you can make any last minute changes
- 4pm on Monday If your delivery day is Wednesday
- 4pm on Tuesday if your delivery day is Thursday or Friday
If your basket is empty and you haven't had an order for 2 weeks, you will no longer get reminder emails
Order Deadline
Orders are finalised at this point, whatever is in your basket becomes an order - as long as it meets minimum order criteria
- 11pm on Monday If your delivery day is Wednesday
- 11pm on Tuesday if your delivery day is Thursday or Friday
At this point your card will be charged, you'll get a confirmation email and we'll start planning our delivery routes
Delivery
When we have made your delivery, you'll get an email to say that our driver has dropped off your order.
Please make sure your delivery notes are up to date on your account for our drivers
If your doorstep is exposed, consider having a box that we can put your order in in case of rain or direct sunshine
Note that where we are not in control of deliveries - either as farm pick ups or Velocity deliveries, a general delivery email will be sent out at the end of the day

Free delivery
Putting an organic veg box in your basket will make your order qualify for free delivery.
You will also qualify for free delivery if you put £20 in your basket.
Major delivery areas
We delivery to South Oxfordshire and South Buckinghamshire on Thursdays and Fridays. Major delivery areas are Oxford, Thame, Bicester, Abingdon, High Wycombe, Haddenham, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Wendover, Great Missenden, Chesham, Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Watlington.
