<p>Sinodun Hill is a ripened goats' cheese pyramid, similar in style to a Pouligny and other French goats' cheeses. It is made using the traditional method of slow lactic coagulation and is then matured for up to 21 days to develop the flavour and texture. The result is a more flavoursome cheese with a light nutty edge and a smooth texture. Its rind seasonally develops some blue and grey moulds as it ages, which add to the flavour and character of the cheese. The Sinodun Hills is the 'proper' name for the Wittenham Clumps, standing just above the Earth Trust farm where the goats graze. You can read more about the rind of Sinodun Hill here.</p><p>Sinodun Hill won Best New Cheese at the British Cheese Awards 2017 and a Gold Medal, a Silver at the World Cheese Awards 2016, a Bronze Medal at the British Cheese Awards 2016, and a Silver Award at the British Artisan Cheese Awards 2016.</p>

We're really excited to list our fist ever ten mile cheese, and as you'd expect, it's a cracker and perfect to serve up this festive season - a wonderful cheese with a brilliant local story. 

Each pyramid is made with unpasteurised goat's milk and weighs 200g. 

Sinodun Hill

Norton & Yarrow Cheese

Brightwell Ash is a ripened goats cheese disc with an ash based natural rind. It has a silky texture and particularly sumptuous flavour with hazelnut and citrus notes. It is made with vegetarian rennet. The rind develops natural moulds on the ash base which add greatly to the flavour and character of the cheese and vary seasonally. They only use milk from their own herd of pasture-fed goats to produce Brightwell Ash.

Witheridge in Hay

The first time Witheridge was entered for an award, it won three stars with Great Taste. The hay in which it is aged lends grassy notes to the rind as well as keeping the cheese beautifully moist.

Witheridge has the strength of a mature cheddar, but the sweetness and umami notes of an Alpine cheese. It will hold its own on any cheese board.

Winner of Best Soft White at the British Cheese Awards, Bix is fast becoming a British classic.

Luxurious and complex, this triple-cream cheese is prized for its indulgence. Bix aficionados find it very hard not to finish one in a single sitting.

Half Highmoor

This washed-rind cheese is a plump delight. Mild with a brothy savouriness, it pairs well with everything from a pale ale to a glass of red.

It’s best eaten at room temperature, and melts brilliantly too.

Dark Horse has always been our single origin blend from Guatemala. The popularity of Dark Horse has allowed us to both build direct relationships with the coffee farmers and further explore what this exceptional coffee growing country has to offer.


Beans from two farms, in two different regions in Guatemala have been carefully selected for their very distinctive flavours and fantastic taste.


The roast profile used for Dark Horse brings a rich, caramelised and chocolatey body, finishing with a pleasant acidity -  a characteristic typical of high-grown coffee.


Bag size: 250g. Based on an average measure of 6-8g of coffee per espresso, each bag contains c36 shots, at 18p each. .

Delicious coffee - without the kick! The Swiss water decaffeination process is an organic, 100% chemical-free method, discovered in the 1930s in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This decaffeination process gently and naturally removes caffeine without affecting the proteins and carbohydrates so the delicious flavours are retained in the beans.

Thanks to some scientific smarts and creativity, it’s possible to have decaf coffee that tastes the same, just without the caffeine!
