


[not registered organic] Made with 100% organic durum wheat flour from Puglia in Italy. This handmade sourdough loaf has been slowly risen for 48hrs which gives it a wonderful soft and chewy texture and flavoursome crust. The unique shaping of this loaf makes it a favourite with our younger customers too: some call it affectionately dinosaur bread. The durum wheat flour gives this loaf a beautiful buttery flavour and it is delicious served hot, toasted with butter and local jam.
Frozen at -18°C, it will keep for 6 months.
Ingredients: Semolina flour (GLUTEN), Water, Italian Poolish (GLUTEN), Salt, Semolina (GLUTEN)
May contain traces of SESAME SEEDS, NUTS, PEANUTS, SULPHITES, EGG, MILK & SOYA. Allergens in BOLD.
