Locally grown organic garlic from Sandy Lane Farm (or bought-in outside of season). Portion size is by weight, with SLF grown garlic the bulbs tend to be smaller and you will likely receive 3/4 per portion, at other times of year this could be 1, 2, or 3 depending on size/weight.
